Pu-Erh (Pu’er) tea is an ancient healing tea picked from Wild Old Tea Trees in Yunnan, China. It is a very unusual tea because unlike other teas which are consumed within two years after being harvested, it can be over 50 years old and is usually aged at least 5 years.
