Samuel Tinon, a highly experienced and passionate winemaker, has dedicated his life to the production of Tokaji Aszú, putting traditional knowledge and techniques into practice to create wines of exceptional quality and complexity. The "5 Puttonyos" designation refers to the level of sweetness of the wine, determined by the amount of Aszú grapes added to the base must during the production process. This system, although now out of use in favor of a classification based on sugar residues, remains an indicator of the richness and intensity of Tokaji Aszú.
