Product Description
Translated from Chinese, “Bai Mu Dan” literally means “White Peony”. This tea is made from silver haired tea buds along with one or two leaves. After being plucked, depending on the weather, the leaves are either sun, air, or low temperature withered, then finally basket dried. This process is done in extreme care so that the tea buds don’t lose their delicate white hairs.
