• How much herb/tea do you get for the price listed?
  We price our loose herbs/teas online by 4oz increments, unless noted. Therefore, if you buy four 4oz packages of tea, you'll be receiving a pound of tea. 4oz of loose tea will typically make anywhere from 10-25 cups of tea, depending on the weight of the tea.
  
  
• How are loose herbs/tea packaged when shipped?
  We package in aluminum-lined, heat sealable bags with ziplock.
  
  
• What about packaged products?
  Our products are packaged various ways, but rest assured that they are packaged in such a way meant to preserve the freshness of the product. We do not sell tea tins/herb containers separately.
  
  
• How long will my product stay fresh for?
  Tea and Herbs never really "go bad", they just lose some flavor. Our products can stay at optimum freshness for 6-8 months after opening if stored properly.
  
  
• I can't find this tea/herb on your website; do you sell it?
  Send an email to info@winghopfung.com to confirm. Our inventory is quite large and some products that are not listed on our website may be available at our warehouse or in our stores. However, it is always possible that it is one of the few products we don't sell.
  
  
• Are all your products organic?
  Some of our products are USDA certified organic, and will be listed as such. Though most are not organic, rest assured that we do not use any pesticides on our teas.
  
  
• Are your products Kosher?
  No, our products are not certified Kosher.
  
  
• Are your products Fair Trade?
  We are not listed as Fair Trade certified. However, all of our Wing Hop Fung tea estates in China split profits with farmers 50/50.
  
  
• Do you offer franchising?
  Wing Hop Fung does not offer franchising. We are a family-owned business.
  
  
• Do you offer wholesale?
  Yes, Wing Hop Fung does offer wholesale. Please contact us at info@winghopfung.com, the contact page or call us at 1-866-239-6888 (Monday—Friday, 9a.m - 6 p.m. PST).
  
  
• Do you offer gift wrapping?
  No, we do not gift wrap.
  
  
• Can you mix products together for me?
  No. All of our products are individually packed, and we are unable to provide this service.
